Our story
Van Ameyde Valuations originated from several specialized valuation and land affairs agencies that combined their expertise, experience, and working methods within the Van Ameyde Group. This allows us to combine in-depth knowledge with a professionally organized process, supported by digital file management and a standardized methodology.
We work on valuations, leasehold, property rights, land management, and area-related issues for a wide range of sectors. Our approach focuses on transparency, predictability, and consistency, which are essential in projects with societal impact and administrative responsibility.
